Reviews and Ratings
This resort offers a unique blend of jungle and beach vibes, making it a beautiful getaway. The breakfast at Cocina Milagro completely stole the show for me, with incredible homemade options. However, my stay had a rocky start with a temporary loss of running water, which was concerning. The beach was well-kept, but I felt like the pool areas could be better suited for families. Overall, it was a lovely stay but not without its hiccups.
I had an overall wonderful experience at this resort. The rooms were massive and beautifully designed, making our stay very comfortable. The staff was outstanding, always going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time there. However, the dining options were quite limited and not really to my taste, and the beach left a bit to be desired due to the seaweed. Despite these drawbacks, the amenities and the setting truly made it a special visit.
We had a wonderful family-friendly experience at this resort in Mayakoba. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the kids particularly loved the plunge pool on our terrace. However, the dining options left something to be desired, and we found the prices for food and drinks to be quite high. Overall, it was a great stay, especially for families, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
Our experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the beachfront location was amazing and the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, the service left a lot to be desired, particularly during peak times. The dining options were also disappointing, with limited choices and inconsistent quality. Despite the beautiful setting, we had some major issues that overshadowed the stay.
I wanted to love my stay at Hyatt Mayakoba, but unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired. The property is huge and offers a long, walkable beach, but service was lacking and the dining options were overpriced and not great. The room issues and underwhelming pool area really detracted from my experience, leading me to conclude that I wouldn’t return.
